It roughly takes more than 40 days to hire one candidate yet 50% of time hire turns out bad owing to poor job or culture fitment. Interviews are a poor predictor of candidate fitment. Though companies are also using traditional assessments to complete interviews, most of these instruments are Text based and hence GenZ find it too long, boring and un-engaging.
Hence No wonder, traditional assessment becomes a stumbling block for recruitment teams to meet hiring targets.
We started PMaps with an aim to offer a Next gen assessment platform which should be fun for test taker and reduce test administration worries for recruiters and talent professionals. In an ideal world, longer assessments offer higher validity but we have successfully reduced assessment time without compromising on scientific properties like predictive validity.
Being Visual, our assessments are inclusive and don't discriminate against test takers on their ability to read, write and speak.
Besides Visual, we also offer assessments in Text mode which are available in + 30 languages.
